Chris Conrad moved to New Hampshire with her husband and three sons in 2002.  She is a 1992 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado and served in the Air Force for over 9 years.  She and her family lived in Nebraska, Colorado, Oklahoma, Alaska, Texas and Michigan before finally settling in the New Hampshire Seacoast.   Her personal experiences buying, selling and renting homes in each location enables her to fully understand what is important to families during their relocation, be it down the street or across the country. 

Chris’ commitment to honesty, integrity and outstanding customer service are the things that guide her in her relationships with both buyers and sellers. 

Chris is a licensed New Hampshire Realtor and a member of the Strafford County Board of Realtors.  She brings 4 years experience as a real estate appraiser and 4 years as a licensed agent to the real estate profession.  She looks forward to working with you to meet all your real estate needs.
